½ Cup of water
½ Cup Sugar
3 Eggs
1 Teaspoon of Salt

Sugar and Cinnamon to taste

How To:
Scald Milk. I traded out the milk for evaporated milk (Grammy told me that was her secret!)
Melt Butter and add to milk and cool
Dissolve Yeast in water
Beat Eggs Sugar and Salt
Add yeast to cooled Butter Mix
Mix in Egg mixture
Add 6 cups of flour, Knead and rest until dough is smooth.
Dough should not be Sticky. Add more flour if needed
Let rise until double in size

Prepare Sticky Mixture:
2 Cup of Brown Sugar
¼ Cup of Butter
½ Cup plus of Honey

Heat until syrup is formed coat bottom of pan with Syrup
13x9x2 or 9x9x2 and 8x8x2

More Instructions:
Roll out dough into large rectangle
Spread melted butter with sugar and cinnamon to taste
Roll up into a log cut into 1 inch slices
Place in pan ¼ to ½ inches apart with sticky in bottom of pan
Let Rise again, until buns beginning to touch
Bake in 350 Degree oven for 35-40 minutes or until gold brown
Remove from pan immediately
Watch for sticky drips, They are hot

NOTES:
Not letting them rise the second time makes them rock hard
More cinnamon and sugar mix is better
Experimentation and practice is only way to get it right
13x9x2 pan is too small
